Medical Insurance: Eligible associates have two healthcare plans, both inclusive of a prescription drug program, available to them depending on their individual needs.  Associates who are not eligible for the healthcare plans are also offered a voluntary plan to all active, part-time, non-union associates.

Dental Insurance: Eligible associates have dental coverage as an offering within the healthcare plan.

Vision: An optional vision plan is available to eligible associates.

AFLAC: Red Lion has partnered with AFLAC to offer associates voluntary cancer coverage and major illness and personal recovery insurance.

Nurse Hotline: All associates, whether enrolled in the healthcare plan or not, have a nurse hotline available to them 24 hours a day.

Flexible Spending Plan: Red Lion offers an additional feature to its employee benefit package which allows you to use pre-tax dollars to pay not only for employee contributions toward medical insurance premiums, but also medical expenses and dependent care.

Voluntary Term Life Insurance with AD&D Coverage: Red Lion contracts with Lincoln Financial Group as our voluntary Term Life and AD&D Insurance Carrier and is offered at very affordable rates.
