Continuing Education: The intent of Red Lion’s Continuing Education Policy is to allow the Company to grow from within by helping develop our associates to their fullest potential. Red Lion Hotels Corporation is committed to the development and advancement of our associates through the process of continuing education for pursuit of job related knowledge. Eligible associates may participate in the Continuing Education Program after six months of continuous full-time employment with the Company.

Retirement Savings Plan 401(k): Associates are eligible to participate in the plan on the first day of their employment.  Participation is made easy through pre-tax payroll deductions.  A company match is available on a vesting schedule.

Associate Stock Purchase Plan: Red Lion Hotels Corporation presents associates with the opportunity to purchase shares of Company stock, NYSE: RLH, at a discount, through payroll deductions.
