Associate Travel Program: One of the best benefits of being an associate of Red Lion is the opportunity to travel to our hotels at significantly reduced rates on a space available basis.

Friends and Family Discount Program: Red Lion provides associates’ friends and family members discounted rates on hotel rooms on a space available basis.

Wellness Programs: In a continual effort to promote health and wellness amongst our associates, Red Lion offers a myriad of year-round programs including Weight Watchers, Company-sponsored Softball, discounted health club memberships, and walking groups.

Associate Purchase Discount Program: As an additional benefit, associate purchase discount programs are negotiated with select vendors for a variety of items.  Associates are encouraged to participate in discount programs with 24 Hour Fitness, Dell Computers, Sealy Mattresses, Verizon, and CDW.

Child Care: Red Lion's Child Development Center is located at the Company’s corporate headquarters building in Spokane, Washington and is committed to providing quality, affordable and convenient child care for the valued associates of Red Lion Hotels Corporation. The center provides services for infant’s age four weeks up to pre-school age children.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Provides free, short-term, confidential counseling, and 24 hours a day crisis counseling, for all associates eligible for our healthcare plan and the associate’s household members.
