George Schweitzer
Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer, Hotel Operations
Mr. Schweitzer has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Hotel Operations since November 2009 and is a member of the senior management team for RLH. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. George joined RLH in April 2008 as Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations. In 2001, George founded LaborSage, Inc., which developed labor scheduling software. His company was subsequently sold to UniFocus, L.P. out of Dallas, TX in August, 2006. Mr. Schweitzer was the President of the VenQuest Hotel Group, based in Irvine, CA and Vice President Operations for Sunstone Hotels. Prior to that, George was a Regional Vice President for Red Lion Hotels & Inns for 12 years. George is a Certified Hotel Administrator with a background in Business Administration. He attended the University of Montana, California State University Long Beach and UCLA.

Harry G. Sladich
Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Harry Sladich was appointed Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing in May, 2010 and serves as a member of our senior management team. A native of Spokane, Washington, Harry has been an active participant in the hospitality industry since 1979. He began his career at the former Sheraton Hotel in Spokane. He later became President and Owner of Hospitality & Services Marketing and merged his business with GuestMark International. He became Vice President, Sales & Marketing and then Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Sterling Hospitality Management before being named in 2005 as President & CEO of the Spokane Regional Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Washington Governor Chris Gregoire has appointed Sladich to two boards including the Motion Picture Competitiveness Program and the Washington State Convention Center. He also served on the boards of the Western Association of Convention & Visitors Bureaus (WACVB), Washington State Destination Marketing Organization (WSDMO), Boys & Girls Club of Spokane County and Spokane Club. In addition, Sladich is an Honorary Commander at Fairchild Air Force Base.

Barry A. Hughes
Senior Vice President, Distribution & Marketing
Mr. Hughes has served as Vice President, Distribution & Marketing at Red Lion Hotels Corporation since November 2002. Mr. Hughes is a member of the senior management team for our company and oversees distribution and revenue management, call center operations and marketing. From December 1999 to November 2002, he was Executive Vice President of Electronic Media and Corporate Strategy for Proximus Information, LLC in New York, New York. From November 1998 to December 1999 he served as Vice President of Electronic Media at Cahners Business Information Travel Group in Secaucus, New Jersey. From August 1994 to November 1998 he served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Trase Miller in Oak Brook, Illinois.

Jason W. Thielbahr
Vice President, Revenue Management
Mr. Thielbahr has served as Vice President, Revenue Management at Red Lion Hotels Corporation since July 2009. Mr. Thielbahr is a member of the senior management team for the company and oversees Revenue Management. Prior to joining RLH, he was with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Accor and InterContinental Hotels Group, all in Senior management, Revenue Management, and Distribution capacities. From August 2001 to February 2007, he was Corporate Director of Distribution and Revenue Management for Red Lion Hotels. From March 2007 to June 2009, he served as the Regional Director of Revenue Management for Sofitel North America and was on the pre-opening team with InterContinental Hotels Group to launch a resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is also a Certified Revenue Management Executive with a background in Economic and Statistics. He attended Occidental College in Los Angeles, California.

Todd S. Thoreson
Regional Vice President, Hotel Operations
Mr. Thoreson has served as Regional Vice President, Hotel Operations and has been with us since January 2002. Mr. Thoreson is member of the senior management team for Red Lion Hotels Corporation. Prior to joining our company, he was with Hilton Hotel Corporation, Promus, Doubletree Hotels and Red Lion Hotels. Mr. Thoreson began his hospitality career in 1984 and has held various positions in management including Regional Director of Operations, General Manager and other management positions. He also is a Certified Hospitality Administrator. Currently serves as Secretary for the Board of Directors of the Washington State Hotel and Lodging Association. Past community involvement includes Chairman of the Board, Medford/Jackson County Chamber of Commerce; Chairman, Visitor & Convention Bureau Advisory Committee, Medford, Oregon; Advisor, School of Hotel & Restaurant Administration, Southern Oregon University; President, Skal International, Medford, Oregon.

John Rogers
Regional Vice President- Hotel Operations
Mr. Rogers rejoined Red Lion Hotels as Regional Vice President of Hotel Operations in May, 2008, and currently oversees Red Lion hotels in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah and Colorado. Prior to joining Red Lion, Mr. Rogers served as a Vice President for Hart Hotels where he ran operations during the 2002 Winter Olympics and was instrumental in developing the rental property management division for the company based in Park City, Utah. He has also been a Regional Vice President for Sunstone Hotels overseeing 10 hotels including six franchised Marriotts, Sheraton, Hilton and Holiday Inns. Upon graduation from Washington State University in 1979, Mr. Rogers started his hotel career with Red Lion Hotels where he spent 18 years in various capacities including general manager of the Eureka, Yakima, Pasco, the 353 room Bellevue and the 850 room Seattle Airport properties respectively. Throughout his career, he has served on numerous professional and community boards including, most recently, the Utah Lodging Association Board of Directors.

Kenneth Shore
Regional Vice President- Hotel Operations
Kenneth Shore has been our Regional Vice President, Hotel Operations since January 2010 and serves as a member of our senior management team. Prior to joining Red Lion, Kenneth managed a hotel, Condominium and Spa and facilities for Rock Resorts in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Prior to that, Kenneth was President for Le Cordon Bleu, Vice President Managing Director of a Greenfield Group, Group President for Gibbs College with Career Education Corporation, a public company, where he managed up to 12 multi-unit locations in 7 states, overseeing $135 million in revenue, 1500 employees & 6000 customers. Kenneth’s responsibility was hiring and managing business unit teams overseeing marketing, finance and operation positions. He has over 18 years of hospitality experience and is a Certified Working Chef with a degree from the Culinary Institute of America and honorable service record in the U.S. Coast Guard.
